Just wow! Jessica catered for our event last night and I can only say positive things about her and this company! There is a great selection of menu options so you there's something for everybody, guests absolutely LOVED the food, and she and she even came to the event to both set up and clean up the table (which looked amazing by the way!) But best of all, she had great, fast communication throughout the whole planning process and made feeding and entertaining 85 people seamless. I would absolutely recommend this company to anybody looking for catering. Her dedication to providing a high quality service to her clients from beginning to end sets her apart from everywhere else in Peterborough!

I have used Elegant edged catering many times and Jessie has always exceeded my expectations. Her charcuterie boxes are second to none. I have given them as gifts and always get the best compliments. What types of events do you cater?
We cater a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate functions, birthdays, private dinners, and more.

Do you provide staff for serving and cleanup?
Yes, professional staff for serving, setup, and cleanup are available depending on the package. Please visit the FAQ of a specific service for more details.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-sensitive options to meet your guests’ needs.

Do you offer bar services or beverages?
Unfortunately we do not offer alcoholic beverages or bar services.

How far in advance should I book catering?
For small orders like charcuterie boxes, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. For all other catering services, please book at least 3–4 weeks ahead to ensure availability.

Is there a minimum order size?
There is no minimum order size for standard catering services. However, bulk product orders may have minimum requirements, which are detailed on our service page.

Do you offer tasting sessions?
Yes, tasting sessions are available for a fee. This fee will be deducted from your catering order if you confirm and proceed with the booking.

Can I make changes to my order after booking?
Yes, changes can usually be made up to a certain point before your event date. We’ll work with you to accommodate any updates.

Do you supply tables, linens, and other rentals?
We can arrange rentals such as tables, linens, glassware, and more upon request. Additional fees required.

Delivery fees are based on the size of your order and the location of your event. We’ll provide a detailed quote during booking.

Do you offer drop-off catering?
Yes, we provide convenient drop-off catering with disposable trays and utensils for casual or smaller gatherings.

What are your payment terms?
Large events require a non-refundable booking deposit to secure your date. For drop-off orders, payment can be made in advance or at the time of delivery.

What happens to leftover food?
Leftovers can be packed up and left with you, if desired. We follow safe food handling practices and can advise on storage and reheating.

Do you offer custom menus for events?
Most of our packages are pre-set, but we’re happy to adjust certain elements to accommodate dietary needs and preferences. Full custom menus and packages are also available upon request.
